CHALLENGE
Helping to scale and grow Salesforce's first dedicated Conversation Design Practice.
SOLUTION
Meticulously document the onboarding experiences of everyone on the team, compiled what worked and didn't work. And created learning assets to help fill in the gaps, to help new hires quickly catch up to speed.
Create team assets and help capture and document all the work that has been done so far, in each of the product space the team was matrixed in.
